Denny works with heads of faculty and departments, teachers and teacher aides to develop secondary literacy skills by examining interdisciplinary literacy in the school setting. She has expertise in teaching reading and writing at secondary level and has an extensive knowledge of the requirements for the new Level 1 Literacy credits (English medium).
Denny also has a thorough knowledge of special needs, in particular neurodiversity and high behaviour needs. She has worked closely with groups of teacher aides to upskill them in working with these students, and is proficient at writing successful ORS, HBN and ICS applications.
